OK - I will be buying something for my wife for Christmas and am looking for alternatives to the iPad.

There are a few things that are a must:

1) Calendar co-ordination with a laptop.
2) Website browsing on the go.
3) Some digital media consumption.

The iPad seems to be too expensive for the above features, but I don't know that the alternatives are worth it either. I have been reading up on the Streak and the latest Archos products, but am not really sure what I would be getting.

Any help?
