Happy New Year!!

Sydney had a peaceful and quite glorious New Year's Evening - temp 22C or so, mainly clear sky (and no dreadful incidents)

The second photo below, Welcome to Country, is the (firework version of the) Aboriginal Flag included as part of the traditional welcome.

The fifth photo shows the image of a coat hanger in the middle of the bridge, that's the Sydneysider slang name for the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
