Was this 5 second wait thing added recently. I don't ever remember seeing that. I use the New Posts -w/o Uploads and sometimes I can choose a thread, read the new posts and choose the New Posts again in less than 5 seconds I guess. I seem to get this alot now, and never say it before.

Also, the expanded Quick Links menu seems a little long. Shouldn't this be things a user would use alot?
