Nook (classic) problems with Sports Illustrated Recipe

Just curious if any other Nook (classic) users are having problems with the Sports Illustrated recipe? It looks fine in the built-in Calibre reader, but when I look at it on the Nook, it seems the pagination (?) is all messed up. Every article I go to looks good on the first page, but when I try to go to the second page, it just skips to the next article. It almost looks like the entire article is trying to cramp into one page - but then it doesn't fit.

I tried looking at the "Tweak Epub" for it but I don't really know what to look for in there. I'll also play around with the recipe to see if there is something in there - it looks like a relatively straightforward recipe, though...

Is this a common issue with Epub files? Something that is a quick fix if you know where to look?

Thanks,
Shane
