Considering how bashed they got for not releasing the original kobo firmware "on time", I don't blame them whatsoever for not giving a release date. It's great that interest is still being shown, and they have stated that it's being worked on, and that's should be good enough for everyone. I don't want a date that they might not be able to hold to for whatever reason. Give it to us when it's done.
