Having similar problems with LookBook

I'm totally new to ereaders, but I'm having some of the same problems with my new Lookbook. It took forever to get it connected to my computer, but now it does that fine. But I can't find a book that I put on it. It shows that it's in an "unkown" folder in "my books" I can't see it on the reader at all, and I can't see the 25 books (that I don't want) on my F drive (lookbook).

I've tried updating with WiFi too. It starts it and then says it was cancelled. That's it. No other options. Can I do this through my computer?

I see the phone number, but what results did you get if you had these problems?
Edit: I called the number on the Merchsource web site AND on the instruction manuel and Kobo answered and said they didn't sell these readers and couldn't help me. Great.
