Hi Amy,

Thanks for reply, however I couldn't manage to install new firmware.
I've been trying with three different SD cards and COOLER-vfat-eb600em-0203 package. No luck, only gray lines are on the screen.
I'll really need to send it back to the seller?
Maybe someone have original firmware (old one)?
