The part I'm wondering about is "NonCommercial: You may not use the material for commercial purposes." If you click on commercial purposes that says "A commercial use is one primarily intended for commercial advantage or monetary compensation."
For the commercial purposes I'm thinking about how Mobile Read makes money from the Amazon links.
