I've added two pictures, a TOC and reformatted the .txt file from PG.
It's the story of four sisters growing up during the American Civil War.
I did it because my niece wants my copy in treeware format.

I have taken down the original version and replaced it with a new one. I have removed the empty lines and corrected some formatting errors.
Please let me know of anything else that need correcting, if you notice any more mistakes.
