I actually think that there is something wrong somewhere because I've seen other upload threads where there actually is no upload. Actually, there is, but it is a file called attach.html (or something similar), and when I look at the file, it is the copyright notice displayed just on top of the attached files (the one that says "This work is in the Canadian public domain..."). I meant to notify one of the admins. I may do that later today.
