http://www.saynoto0870.com/, which gives you the telephone numbers which have real people on the end, for many of those companies who use non-geographical - often contracted out - so called "customer services". If all you want to do is order a replacement grommit for your wingding it's probably better to use the published number, but these alternatives can be useful if the official channels haven't worked.
