Amazon, Kobo, and B&N are pretty easy to get into. I have never tried it, but you can push directly in to Apple also - but many find it very hard. In fact some on this forum have mentioned Apple as the primary reason they use Smash.

Smash gets you in the rest, including more and more libraries now. IF I was starting today I would push to B&N, Kobo, and Amazon directly but still use Smash for the rest. I do not advise ignore any stores you can get in simply because exposure sells.
