No. All you can do is, using the Connect software on a PC, delete the file from the memory card and then reload it into main memory (or vice versa, of course). No way to move or delete from from the Reader itself.
You can drag/drop a file directly from a memory card to the Reader's internal memory (as HarryT says, using the ConnSoft), but that just makes a copy, it doesn't move it, so you'd have to manually delete the file from the card.

I know that's a piddlin' distinction, but there you are.
