I have files that I used for making an EPUB. I am not trying to use the same files to make a mobi from them using KindleGen. Here is what I type in the Terminal on Mac:
kindlegen /Typesetting/Epub/En/BG/Kindle/22/OEBPS/epb.opf -verbose
It produces the mobi file but with a warning:

What could it be? I checked the opf file and I do not think the cover is included into it twice.
