Can you re-install that nomax hotfix, by using 'update your kindle', not ';log mrpi' ?
After that try installing KUAL with ';log mrpi' and see if KUAL works.
( Please capture logs again after running this command again )
If it does not work, use this file to install KUAL ( if you have PW3 with serail G090G1 )- but please try the other steps first. |
Coplate, I created a profile just to thank you and KNC1. I've used this site for years to accomplish various things with my PW3 and older devices. With this recent update I was at a loss. Went through several threads and eventually worked my way here and a few others. Followed yours and KNC1's guidance after reading through a lot of info and I have successfully brought back my screensavers. I still have the old Kual application but I'll eventually figure out how to remove it. Thank you again for all your help and what you do for the community.
