This is nonsense. The number of people who know about what you would call "bully tactics," much less consider them to actually *be* bully tactics is statistically insignificant and made up of people who wouldn't be buying Apple anyway.

And calling what Apple is doing litigation instead of innovation is just doublespeak. Apple innovated. Samsung copied. Only in bizarro universe is Apple suing someone who copied their innovation *not* being innovative.

That's like a person whose prosecutes a thief being told to stop litigating and start earning money.
