Most of your beautiful design is probably not supported by ePUB anyway. Tables, text around pictures, frames, and any page-aware content in general is at most precariously supported (by the readers and by the format itself). Don't keep your hopes too high, and ask (or search) in the ePUB forum,
next door to the left.
