Perhaps its the arrogance of the following quote from the article.

As the Kindle is now, I can choose what there is a 'need' for'. By downlgrading and telling me what is necessary, THEY are choosing. Perhaps you don't feel the need for the expandable storage.

I feel the decision should be mine, as was given in Kindle 1.
