Jon's right. Apple has never said anything to indicate they're bringing a tablet to market.
Never say never, of course, but so far the "Apple Tablet" is wishful thinking only.
That's not saying that they won't ever release one, but as of this moment in time, there's no proof one will ever actually exist. All the talk about "the promised..." There have been NO promises, just speculation and rumor.
