I hate to cook and I cook as little as possible, but I've been roasting a lot of crucifers lately. Minimal effort, maximum deliciousness. This was my first time with sprouts and I might go with slightly higher heat next time for a little more crunch; I'd still rate these as highly successful.

One of my favorites. I just shake them in a bag with a little oil, hit them with some salt and roast them 'til the outer leaves get crispy/blackened. Sometimes I add some parmesan.
I just had a fantastic toasted cheese sandwich made with gouda.
