Well , I noticed this "wisptis.exe" and thought to myself "I'll check on that little bugger"
I decided to just un-install the " Microsoft Windows Journal Viewer " via "add remove programs"
Hopefully this will get rid of wisptis.exe and all the reg entries aswell.
Only usefull if that's how you got wisptis.exe installed in the first place, just thought I'd point it out , in case people overlooked it.
