Synopsis:

When twelve-year-old Thom’s dad disappears, leaving no babysitter but a cell phone behind, Thom breaks into the basement and finds a full-blown spy centre including whirring screens, weird maps and a photo of the Mona Lisa.

Instead of going to the police, Thom decides to steal his dad’s identity and becomes Alex Gonzo, Royal Spy. Together with his friend, Danny, and Danny’s fifteen-year-old sister, Hilly, they embark on a hilarious adventure, following one clue after another just like their idol, James Bond. Soon they realise their own life's at stake and Hilly's drama queen antics and focus on spending every penny on the royal spy credit card isn't aiding the mission one bit.

SPY KIDZ is a middle grade mystery adventure for readers aged 9 to 13.
