The usbnet hack is really helpful. I'd like to see two small changes to make it a really top notch mod.

* Please add a "Turn usbnet on"/"Restore file access" option to the home menu. The current Search bar method works, but it's not easy for most users, and it's a bother to type the commands manually over and over when a simple menu toggle option would do.

* Please set WiFi SSH access to true by default. WiFi is more straightforward to use than USB. Security may not be an issue for two reasons. First, SSH access is only possible while usbnet is enabled. Second, Kindles do have root passwords. At least on my Kindle Keyboard 3, my root password is derived from my serial number (https://github.com/mcandre/mcandre/b...ot-password.py)
