B&N's system notices this is a mail forwarding address. When you contact them you will have to confirm that you now about the restrictions when using the Nook outside the US. Then the order will go through. B&N has no problems with shipping to a mail forwarding address.
This has not happened to me (perhaps because I did use an VPN when ordering my Nook devices). But I have read about this happening to other people.
