I would also point out that, to the extent they are
targeting eReading (as opposed to Wearables, Smartphones/Tablets, Signage, Automotive displays and Electronic Shelf Labels), ClearInk is specifically targeting the "eSchoolbook" niche, rather than products Onyx is currently selling.
