Abos werden grundsätzlich nur auf das Kindle geliefert.

Einzelausgaben kannst du wie jedes eBook kaufen und dann auswählen, wohin du es gesendet haben möchtest, also auch per Download auf den PC. Aber eben nicht bei Abos.
