I really don't know. Where did you buy it from? They may be able to help you. Call Onyx back talk to someone else. Have them escalate it to second line support if necessary.

If memory serves, I recall reading posts about flashing the MAX device, the issues people had, and the workarounds. I read it about a month ago so I can't recall exactly where. I'm sorry I can't be of more help.
