You can stick a 16GB micro-SD card in NOOK and it'll hold way more sideloaded e-books than anybody's got (tens of thousands, for typically-sized e-books). Unfortunately, right now there's no way to organize them. Having more than a few dozen, or maybe 100 at most, e-books loaded at a time is inconvenient as heck. I keep a maximum of 28 on mine, and the rest are in Calibre.
