These are clearly books that won't quit. They've now been in a runoff on a second chance round, one was in a run-off already, and another missed a runoff by one vote twice.
I _would_ like to encourage only those who plan on actually reading and participating to vote this time around. I know we're usually pretty open about it, but this seems like a special case, at least to me.
