HTML Calibre META tag reference - tags recognized / used?

I keep a vast library in HTML format, and from time to time I use Calibre to convert books to lesser formats. I noticed Calibre keeps an internal copy of everything in its own version of packed HTML, and that it uses right away some of the META tags I have in my books, which lessens considerably the conversion burden. To avoid having to enter in Calibre other metadata that might be already in my library, I'd like to know which are the META tags that Calibre expects to find / stores itself in HTML documents, along with a description of formats, intended use, etc.

A link to wherever they are listed should be enough, but I haven't been able to find it so far.
