Marvel announced that it’s giving away digital versions of over 700 of its first-issue comics, both through the browser-based Marvel Digital Comics Shop, and through the official mobile app. The books ordinarily run $1.99 to $3.99 a piece, which makes this quite an attractive giveaway — so much so that we can’t manage to get through the download process either in the browser or through the mobile app. Thankfully, the promotion is running unti 11PM ET Tuesday, so there’s still plenty of time to try and grab every #1.
