Semantics can be important. In this case I wasn't correcting you or anyone else in the entire thread who said they were charged tax. Your correct, the meaning is perfectly clear. My comment was on how retailers are required by big brother to collect their taxes for them and all the record keeping and paperwork that entails with no compensation other than "allowing" them to conduct business in "their" state.
