Has anyone here bought the ePub/PDF version of the FE Review Manual by Michael R. Lindeburg? How is it?

I already bought the paperback but it won't arrive until Tuesday and I do think an electronic copy on my iPad would be quite handy. I bought the Kindle version but it sucks. It only had an in-line TOC so jumping from topic to topic is pretty difficult. The Kindle for iPad app appears not to handle non-ISO-8859 characters very well, either. Italic v was used to signify v, nu and upsilon. Who knows how else the other special characters have been handled. Thank goodness Amazon allows returns or that would have been $80 down the drain (ironically, the paperback only cost $68).

I'm fine with paying $80 for the ebook but the only place I can buy it is the publishers' website and they don't allow returns. I'm really hoping someone here has already bought an ebook version and can comment on the quality.
