Yes, that works because it lists probably every single app in the system. Unfortunately, this option is not available in the "Last Opened" screen.

I don't want to make a fixed association becase Moon+Reader is my secondary program for epubs and I use it only when the primary cannot properly handle formatting. But I compared the epub association with ReLaunch-1.4.4 and it had "Intent:application/epub+zip" while ReLaunchX had "Intent:application/epub". When I changed it to epub+zip, ReLaunchX began to show all the expected apps. So the problem's fixed. Thanks for the suggestion!
