Another Calibre user. I tend to use this ordering: {tags}/{series_index} {title} - {author}.

I mostly buy ePUB books, though I do have some MOBI/PRCs and PDFs. I own quite a few DRM'd ePUBs and they work fine once you get your PP/PEz authorized.
