Does anyone know how to manually set which page an ePub (viewed on a Kobo) opens to upon first reading? For the most part, my converted books are opening to the first page of the first chapter (which I like), but I have a few books that are opening to the last page.

Anyone know how to fix this (either in Calibre, or manually editing the exploded ePub)?
