Emine 0.9 BETA is based on the Android 2.2 FROYO release of software. There are a number of new features in the release that you should be aware of:

Apps Tray – no longer swipe up, just tap.
Better Apps Support. Try out the new Amazon Android App Store.
Froyo Email/Calendar/Contacts App – Adds support for Exchange services.
Landscape Reading – under the Reader Menu App, select View and then Rotate.
Contact Import – Ability to import and export vCard data.

Before you agree, please read this carefully: This is a BETA release and as a BETA, we are not providing phone/email support. Should you have an issue, we ask that you report your problems in this section of the Forum. We will monitor and try to resolve issues reported here before transitioning from BETA.

Before you update, please backup your library using the local library app.
Once you have upgraded to Ermine, a downgrade requires a number of steps. Please read this knowledgebase article so you understand the process before installing Ermine.
