I don't understand what this de-drm plugin has to do with catalogs, but I had today this error message

It shouldn't have an impact on catalogs. I couldn't find the de-drm plugin in the plugin list within the tools in calibre, though I know I installed it a while ago - I installed a 2018 version which I still have, and don't remember an update - so can't uninstall it.
I have more than 10 000 books, and need catalogs.
