Rooting the Quaderno A4 has been talked about in the forum for dpt-tools (
https://github.com/HappyZ/dpt-tools/issues/181 ). The main problem is that method that was used with the Sony dpt-rp1 involved desoldering a chip to read it, which needs someone with the skills to do so.
Moreover, the firmware updates are encrypted, and the keys that the community has, the ones used for the sony, don't work with the fujitsu firmware updates. That means there is no way to even search for a vulnerability in the current firmware.
TL;DR:There is no known software method to root the fujitsu quaderno A4 gen2.
