I belong to a couple libraries, one of which is part of a consortium. When logging into the consortium's Overdrive library, I have to select which branch I belong to
before I can enter my card and pin number.
Obviously you can't code in all the different branches for all the various library consortiums. However, I noticed each branch has its own unique URL. (In other words, once I select which branch I want I'm then taken to the page to enter my card and pin number. THAT page has a unique URL, different from any other branch.) I tried entering that URL into the hostname field of your plugin, but when the plugin went off to search it didn't like the value I entered.
library2go.lib.overdrive.com is quite a bit different from
secure29.libraryreserve.com/... after all.
Perhaps you could add a new field to the customization for these consortiums where we can enter the URL for the login page of our unique branch?
