When you use a Youtube video, you just need the last part of the URL. For your post, you used [YOUTUBE] [url]https://youtu.be/Tv_NksPKnuw[/url][/YOUTUBE] where [YOUTUBE]Tv_NksPKnuw[/YOUTUBE] was needed.
