If this is your first time getting an eReader, I recommend getting the Aura since it is the newest eReader from Kobo.

Oh! Also, this may be/probably is a dumb question but I read a lot of blogs/news sits and was wondering if either of these would allow me to do that? I think I saw that aura had an "expimental browser" - dunno what that means, and I don't know if there is something comparable on the glo! Please help lovely ereader folks!

Both Glo and Aura have the "experimental browser". It is meant for lightweight browsing - run a google search and read the news. Don't expect to watch youtube through the browser. or try and bank with the browser.
