I use a bit of legacy software that I've not been able to replace (mostly because most of the modern alternatives with comparable features are software-as-a-service, but that's another complaint for another thread).
Unfortunately, its documentation is in the now-defunct HLP format, which is no longer supported.
Microsoft's documentation is essentially "lol too bad."
I was able to trick Windows 10 into installing WinHlp32 provided for 8.1 but I expect this to break at some point and honestly it's glitchy enough ("there was a problem running the macro" errors whenever opening an item) that I'd like to get it out of a deprecated format.
So, what are my options here, either third-party viewers or conversion?
