I use the base url (
http://www.straightdope.com) with these settings:
links: 1
checked: follow off-site links
images: include
resize: 300x260
compress: checked
8-bit: checked
That works for me, and I get the featured q/a stories (which is all I want to get). Size of the converted file is about 268k.
