Most of the reviews are coming from us based sites but I think the real effect of nexus 4 will be in the rest of the world where phones are bought sans contract. A phone for less than $400 that has specs comparable to phones that are being sold for $700-$900. 4G is at least 3-4 years away in many countries so lack of 4g should not be stopping many of them.
