Bonjour,

L'option se trouve dans Préférences -> (Conversion) Options communes -> Détection de la structure -> Insérer les métadonnées sur une page au début du livre
N'ayant plus de liseuse, je ne sais pas quel résultat on obtient.

Il est également possible d'intégrer cette jaquette dans le livre avant transfert avec le plugin 'Polir les livres'
