I would certainly say so. but I would have to give the scripts a read.
Provisionally I would say YES
And I would also echo that sentiment for all extensions that make system amendments that survive a reboot.
Remove /rollback any changes prior to the extensions uninstallation.
Perhaps I will expand upon that somewhere in a support doc?
