Thanks to the complaint they probably no longer have even wishful imaginary investors. I doubt it matters how the ruling goes, B&N should be finished.

Though looking through the list of
notable cases from VLADECK, RASKIN & CLARK it doesn't appear Parneros is their typical client. Unless he is the victim that got fired over false sexual harrassment.
