It did on my Glowlight 3 and Nook Glowlight plus 7.8 inch. I got a minimal set of linux/unix commands via busybox or something like it and I just used the ls and cd commands since find and locate were not available since the devices are an embedded system and not a laptop.

'ls' can list files and directories

'cd' can change directories
