Can I save a PDF on the web locally?

There's a couple of PDF's I'd like to read on my ereader rather than on my PC. Is there an easy way to do it? I'm on a PC (Win 10) and will be reading on a Supernote. Once I have the PDF locally then I can read it on the Supernote.

Many thanks

Mike
